PREPARATION

• Make dough by mixing the butter and premix till crumbly, then add water, mix chocolate chips at last.
• Mix premix, water, and oil together, mix well for 2-3 minutes add melted chocolate and mix well.


• Prepare the cookie dough.
• For a 6" round pan, take 150 gm of sheeted cookie dough (thickness 2.5 - 3 mm).
• Use another 30 – 40 gm of cookie dough to give the edges on the circumference.
• Prepare brownie batter (Use any existing batter).
• Pour 50 - 55 gm of batter in the lined cookie pan.
• Spread only till the lined edges.
• Bake at 180°C for 20-22 minutes.
• Serve warm.
